- Shipping times & Shiping rates are very important to both us here at MYTOTALCALL.COM and you our retail partners. ALL packages will be shipped via UPS ground. If an order is placed and the payment has cleared by 3:00 PM EST your package will be shipped same day otherwise it will ship out the next day. We will NOT SHIP any packages unless payment confirmation has been made. Please also note, that if you do need any marketing materials shipped, please notify us when placing your order! These marketing materials will be shipped out with your order!

- Any and all information received from our retail partners will be kept strictly PRIVATE. Any and all information received will only be used between MYTOTALCALL.COM and the registered RETAIL PARTNER. Any and all information disclosed via e-mail, telephone, and fax must be and will be asked to be marked and kept confidential between MYTOTALCALL.COM and the registered user.
- Returns & Replacements
- We here at MYTOTALCALL.COM understand how frustrating it can be when discovering a defective handset. Unlike most service providers or manufacturers who offer a standard 30 day return policy from date of invoice we offer something a little bit different. Our return policy is very simple. Any one of our retail partners has the ability to return a defective handset within 30 days of the first call made from that handset. This eliminates the time that the handset had spent sitting on your shelves. So it is very simple you will receive 30 days from the first call made from the handset. As far as replacements you the retail partner can receive a credit to use on your next invoice(s) or simply return the handset within the appropriate amount of time and request a replacement if you would like.
- Ordering
- Ordering with MYTOTALCALL.COM is extremely easy! There are a few ways you can order. Please go thru the product list on our website and make access of our shopping carts and simply check out at the end. However please do keep in mind that you will require a login and password for www.mytotalcall.com. Another way you can place an order is to simply e-mail us here at sales@mytotalcall.com. You can simply go thru our list, pick and choose what you need and e-mail us and a live representative will assist you. This method is mainly used for customers with larger quantity orders and need price adjustments. To qualify for pricing adjustments there is a 25 handset minimum and refill cards do not apply in this case. Please note you will also need to be a registered member of MYTOTALCALL.COM
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We offer multiple payment options for all of our retail partners. We currently offer Credit Card Payments (Mastercard & Visa), PAYPAL, COD shipments (money order or bank certified checks only) and Bank ACH. There may be fees applicable to each service. Please refer to the payments section for any and all applicable fees and charges. We also offer bulk order discounts. We currently offer a variety of handsets from low end standard handsets to high end camera/bluetooth handsets. We offer a bulk order discount based off of the models ordered and the quantities ordered. Please speak to your sales representative. There is a 25 piece order minimum to receive bulk order discounts. Thank you.
- Viewing Orders
- To view any order that you may have placed simply login with your designated login and password. Simply go to your account and you will see your full order list both past and present. If you would also like a copy of your current or past invoices sent to you please feel free to e-mail our customer service team at CS@mytotallcall.com and we will e-mail one right over to you.
- Updating Account Information
- To update any of your account information please send an e-mail to CS@mytotalcall.com with the updated information. Our customer service representatives may request additional information from you.
