Payment Methods

PAYPAL: For all PAYPAL orders we will send a detailed PayPal invoice. However all equipment will only be shipped to the PayPalL confirmed address. There will be no exceptions made on this policy. If payment is made via PayPal with an E-Check your package will be placed on hold until the E-Check clears. By using PayPal you hereby agree that you will not place any cases with PayPal directly however you will place a complaint with us at Mytotalcall.

ACH: For all bank ACH orders we will send you a detailed invoice via e-mail.  However to make payment using a bank ACH we will require an ACH authorization form, a voided company check, and a copy of the account holders drivers license prior to shipping.  All documents listed must be on file with Mytotalcall.com for ACH payments.  Your package will not be shipped until the ACH has fully cleared..  Estimated time to clear is 3-5 business days. 

COD: COD orders will only be shipped out with COD Money Order or Bank Certified Check.  Mytotalcall.com will not accept personal checks or company checks.  There is a $10.00 fee for making payments with COD.  All COD orders will ship out the same day as long as the order has been placed before 3:00 PM EST. 

Credit Card: Mastercard and Visa are accepted.  However a Credit Card authorization form is required along with a copy of the card holders drivers license.  All documents must be placed on file with Mytotalcall.com for Credit Card payments. 

SHIPPING

All orders and packages are shipped with UPS w/ tracking number. As for the cost of shipping we use a flat shipping rate depending on the number of handsets being shipped. Please check the shipping matrix below. Once your order is processed and shipped we will e-mail you with a final invoice and your UPS tracking number. Thank you.
