Every cellular distributor and retailer in the market today knows that handsets regardless of new or refurbished are not perfect.

Out of a thousand handsets you may have a few defects. We understand how important it is for our retail partners to be able to return defects and have those handsets replaced. We also know that every handset will not sell immediately the day that you receive it. So our return policy is very simple. We offer a 60 day return period from the "First Call" made from the handset. This means a handset may have been sitting on your shelf for months, but your return period is not expired as there were no calls made from the handset! It’s that simple.

60 days from the first call made from your handset!



Handsets: All handsets will have a 60 day return period from the first call made from the handset. This Policy EXCLUDES handsets that have been physically damaged or show signs of water damage.

Submit RMA Request



Simply click on the "Submit RMA" link on the top of your screen and fill out the proper information on the RMA request form. You will receive a RMA number via e-mail and please make sure to write the RMA number on the shipping box. Otherwise there may be a delay in your returns.
