Prepaid Refills

Refilling your Prepaid Account: With a prepaid plan you need to keep a cash balance or a time balance (monthly plans) to utilize your handset. You can refill your Prepaid Balance in 2 easy ways.

1. Simply Call Total Call Customer Service to setup a refill plan at 1-800-550-5265
2. Purchase a refill card where you have purchased your handset or at any Total Call Mobile location. Once you purchase your refill card please use one of the methods below.
  • Call the Auto Refill line by dialing #TCM (#826) from your Total Call handset
  • Call the Auto Refill line by dialing 1-800-636-5130 from any telephone.

    Checking your Prepaid Balance: Remember that because Total Call Mobile is a Prepaid Carrier that you will have to occasionally check your Prepaid Balance to avoid interrupting service on your Total Call Mobile handset.

    To check your Prepaid Balance simply send a text message to 1BAL (1225). You will then shortly receive a text message stating your Prepaid Balance. This service is free of charge.

    You can also check your Prepaid Balance by simply dialing 611 from your Total Call Mobile handset or dialing Total Call Customer Service at 1-800-550-5265 from any telephone.
