Activate your Handset
For customers who have not used their handsets in a long period of time and have had them de-activated and would like to re-activate their handsets please utilize the instructions below.
For Customers who would like to keep their
EXISTING NUMBER and would like to do a number port, please notify the Customer Service Representative prior to starting the whole process.
5 EASY STEPS TO ACTIVATE YOUR HANDSET!
Locate your handset's ESN (Electronic Serial Number). The ESN is located behind your handset’s battery or on the box in which your handset came in. Will usually have written "MEID DEC" or "MEID HEX" followed by a combination of numbers & letters or just numbers.
Call the Total Call Mobile Customer Service Center at 1-800-550-5265.
Give the Customer Service Representative the information requested.
Please notify the Customer Service Representative which Prepaid Rate Plan you would like to activate on your handset. (If you do not know Please refer to the Rate Plan section located at www.mytotalcall.com.
Our Customer Service Representative will assist you to program your handset with your new Total Call Mobile phone number and address any additional questions or concerns you may have.
